Insurance Coverage

We are doing our part to be in-Network of major insurance carriers such as Cigna, Humana, Devoted, Superior Healthplan, United HealthCare, BCBS, Aetna, Multi Plan and Medicare.

We want to assist you in understanding your benefit and make the decision about investing in your health that is right for you. For a one-time fee of $25, we will contact your insurance company to verify your coverage for our services. We will get back with you with our own understanding of your benefits. However, it is never a guarantee of coverage.

If you prefer to contact your insurance company directly, we can provide you with appropriate questions to ask to be sure we can gain the most from our time together.

In order to schedule an appointment a credit/debit card must be kept on file to cover

deductible and co-pay due at time of visits as well as any balance not covered by insurance

​

We will only charge your credit card after communicating with you the amount of the charge if any.
