What to expect in your first consult: I need to know what's going on, what you want and what you are willing to do for yourself in order to help you. so you will fill out an online detailed food, medical and social history form prior to our meeting. I will take time to review it before our appointment. Then, we will talk to identify your ambivalence and obstacles, design together a plan tailored to your readiness to change, ability to implement and resources. My job is not to tell you what to do but to guide you to remove the obstacles in the way of improving your health with foods.
